We stand by the quality of every product and follow EU consumer protection standards.

🔁 Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact support@zenaioffice.com with your order number.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If more than 14 days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us — we’ll resolve it immediately.

🧾 Non-returnable Items

Certain products (personal care items, health accessories, or digital downloads) cannot be returned for hygiene or licensing reasons.
If unsure, email us before sending your item back.

🔄 Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Please provide photos of the issue when contacting support.
